Did you know?

Did you know that there are subtle cues you are likely overlooking when you interview helps which in retrospect would explain, to a large extent, why the relationship went sour?

Before you begin interviewing, create a detailed job description. Make a list of the general and specific tasks and the skill set required to effectively execute these tasks.

I’d advice you hire a mother when your kids are young (0-5 years) so that you have someone:

  • Who has firsthand experience with kids,
  • Who may be more patient and forgiving, and
  • Who’s less likely to abuse your kids.

When your kids get older and they can let you in on what transpired in your absence, then you can go with the middle aged maids (16 to 30 years old).

This is a key success approach to enjoying peace that I share in the book.
